Lille have secured an emphatic 3-0 win against 10-man Toulouse in this afternoon's Ligue 1 clash at the Grand Stade Lille Metropole.
The visitors found themselves hampered from the second of minute of the game when Maxime Spano fouled Divock Origi in the penalty area.
The Toulouse man was sent off, and a penalty was gifted to the hosts, but Marko Basa's effort from the spot was saved in the bottom corner by Ali Ahamada.
However, it took just five minutes for Lille to open the scoring, with Idrissa Gueye's through-ball falling to Djibril Sidibe, who went on to poke home.
Toulouse held firm until the 50th minute, when another incisive Gueye pass fell to Ryan Mendes, who slotted home past Ahamada to double the hosts' lead.
And the game was put to bed in the 77th minute when Nolan Roux collected an Origi pass before tucking the ball into the bottom corner from close range.
