Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez has returned to training ahead of the Reds' Champions League clash with Ajax in Group A, but Thiago Alcantara is still absent.
The Uruguay international came off with hamstring discomfort in the midweek win over West Ham United and was not risked for Saturday's defeat to Nottingham Forest.
However, he has been able to take part in training with Jurgen Klopp's side on Tuesday morning and represents one of three injury boosts for the Reds ahead of their trip to Amsterdam.
Naby Keita and Ibrahima Konate were also present with the group, but there was no sign of Thiago Alcantara, who is suffering from an ear infection.
Thiago was ruled out of the loss to Nottingham Forest on the morning of the game and will seemingly miss out for Liverpool against Alfred Schreuder's side this week.
Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz, Joel Matip and Arthur also remain on the sidelines for Liverpool, who sit second in Group A with nine points from four games, three behind leaders Napoli.
Liverpool only need to avoid defeat against Ajax to make it through to the knockout stages, and Klopp will be keen to wrap a top-two finish before welcoming high-flying Napoli to Anfield on the final matchday next week. body check tags ::
