Isco has predicted a "very beautiful" Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool in Kiev and admits that he cannot wait for the match.
Liverpool have defied the odds to make it all the way to the NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium, where they come up against back-to-back winners Madrid in a little over a week's time.
Los Blancos midfielder Isco, a starter in nine of his side's matches during their latest run to the final, has echoed the thoughts of teammate Luka Modric by insisting that the Reds cannot be underestimated.
"It is going to be a very beautiful final," he told reporters. "It is the most important tournament at club level and Real Madrid are the kings of Europe and we have the opportunity to claim it again after a season where we have not done well in the league and cup.
"It would be a good way to finish the season. It is true that at the beginning they were not among the favourites, but Liverpool have shown they deserve to be in the final.
"They have a great coach and strong players who make the difference in the attack. We are in the final for another year and it is very important to continue at this high level. Both the players and the fans are very excited."
Madrid have won three of their previous five encounters against Liverpool, although the Reds' two victories have come in the last two meetings.
