RB Leipzig are expected to be without full-back Angelino for Wednesday's Champions League last-16 second leg against Liverpool.
The former Manchester City man has been a key figure for Leipzig this season, having a direct hand in six of their 11 Champions League goals so far, but he has missed their last three outings due to a thigh problem and will miss out again here.
Julian Nagelsmann's side are bidding to overturn a 2-0 first-leg deficit in Budapest, but may also have to do so without Willi Orban, who missed the weekend win over Freiburg after undergoing surgery on a hand injury.
There is better news on Marcel Sabitzer, though, as he is expected to be available after missing the last two games with a calf problem.
Marcel Halstenberg should also recover from a knee injury in time, but long-term absentee Konrad Laimer is out and January arrival Dominik Szoboszlai is still yet to make his debut for the club due to an adductor issue.
Leipzig's options have been bolstered in other areas since the first leg, though, with Emil Forsberg notably now back available and set to make his 50th appearance in UEFA club competition on Wednesday.
Forsberg was on the scoresheet against Freiburg at the weekend, alongside Christopher Nkunku, who now has four goals in his last six Bundesliga appearances.
The German outfit have an ex-Liverpool player in their ranks with goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi set to face his former club, although he failed to make a first-team appearance for the Reds during his six-year stay between 2007 and 2013.
Leipzig have no fewer than seven players who are treading a disciplinary tightrope, meanwhile, with Benjamin Henrichs, Justin Kluivert, Ibrahima Konate, Nordi Mukiele, Dani Olmo, Nkunku and Sabitzer all only one booking away from a ban.
RB Leipzig possible starting lineup: Gulacsi; Mukiele, Upamecano, Klostermann; Adams, Sabitzer, Kampl, Olmo, Halstenberg; Sorloth, Nkunku
