Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has revealed that he would like to manage in Spain in the future.
The Reds manager has been in charge at Anfield since 2012, but as he prepares his team for their clash against European champions Real Madrid, the 41-year-old has admitted that he has taken steps in planning a move abroad.
When asked where he sees himself in five years' time, Rodgers told Spanish newspaper AS: "I don't know, I hope one day to work in Spain.
"I've studied Spanish, but I need to improve. I'll probably improve when I work in the country one day. For most people, when they travel to a country their language becomes better.
"I speak to the Spanish players that we have in Spanish."
Rodgers's side face Real in their Champions League Group B clash at Anfield on Wednesday.
