Adam Lallana rubbishes Paris Saint-Germain transfer links

Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana opens up on recent links to Paris Saint-Germain, claiming that he has no intention of leaving Anfield anytime soon.

Adam Lallana has admitted that he is flattered by recent reports suggesting that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing him, but insists that he has no desire to leave Liverpool for the foreseeable future.

The England international, who has established himself as a key player for both club and country over the past year, was linked with a £40m switch to the French capital earlier this week.

Lallana remains fully committed to Liverpool, however, claiming that he 'loves' the club and is not giving a move away to a European giant a second thought.

"I love it here at the minute, especially since the manager has come in," he told Sky Sports News. "We have each other's trust and you don't always get that at clubs. The thought of leaving Liverpool has never entered my mind.

"It's a great compliment to be spoken of in the same breath as a club like PSG with those sorts of numbers. But I'm absolutely loving my football at the minute under this boss and I can only see myself being here for the long term."

Lallana has contributed to eight goals for Liverpool in 12 Premier League games this term - five assists and three goals of his own.
