Liverpool will reportedly announce the signing of midfielder Philippe Coutinho from Inter Milan in the next 24 hours.
The Reds, who are thought to have been in the driving seat to capture the Brazilian for some time, are believed to have agreed a fee in the region of £8.5m for the 20-year-old.
It is understood that while Coutinho was the subject of a bid from Southampton, the playmaker will become an official Liverpool player by tomorrow, according to The Mirror.
Coutinho's potential arrival will mark the second player to be signed by Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers in the January window following the capture of Daniel Sturridge.
