Liverpool are preparing to make a bid for Ligue 1’s Nolan Roux, according to France Football.
The 23-year-old, who has two years left on his Brest contract, is said to be travelling to the UK this week to discuss a deal at Anfield subject to a release clause of around €8m (£7.1m).
Roux has garnered interest after scoring six goals from 28 appearances last season. Schalke and Bordeaux are among his other suitors.
Meanwhile, Kenny Dalglish also has his eye on Aston Villa’s Stewart Downing and Lyon’s Dejan Lovren.
