Dejan Lovren is ready to accept a move to Roma, according to a report.
The 30-year-old made only 13 Premier League appearances for the Reds in the 2018-19 campaign and is happy to depart Anfield for more regular first team football.
The initial asking price for Lovren was £18m, but according to Gazzetta dello Sport Roma believe that the Croatian could be prised away from Liverpool for between £11m and 12m, due to the healthy relationship between the two clubs.
Liverpool have enjoyed dealing with Roma over the past couple of seasons, having signed Alisson and Mohamed Salah from the Stadio Olimpico outfit.
Roma's initial primary target at centre back this summer was Tottenham Hotspur's Toby Alderweireld, but interest has cooled with the Belgian looking set to stay at Spurs.
