Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Villarreal midfielder Moi Gomez.
The 21-year-old came through the youth ranks at El Madrigal and has already made 76 first-team league appearances for the Yellow Submarine since his debut in 2011.
The Spanish Under-21 international fell out of favour with Villarreal coach Marcelino towards the end of last season, however, and was sent on a season-long loan to Getafe in the summer.
According to the Daily Mail, Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is a long-term admirer of the midfielder and believes that his Spanish club will sell for around £4m.
Gomez has represented Spain at every youth level from the Under-16s.
