Lyon coach Remi Garde has said that he wants his side to return to winning ways with victory over Vitoria Guimaraes in the Europa League Group I on Thursday.
The French giants, who have won just one of their last nine matches in all competitions, began their European campaign with a goalless draw with Real Betis in Spain two weeks ago.
"It's a chance to get back to winning ways and it's a home game that gives us the chance to prove we can play better than we have been," Ligue1.com quotes him as saying.
"OL are favourites because of our history and our greater economic means. But it will be a tight match as they're a difficult team to put in trouble. We'll also have to be attentive to them getting the ball forward quickly."
Lyon are currently ninth in Ligue 1 with 11 points from eight matches.
