Manchester City have been handed a fine of £50,000 by the Football Association for failing to control their players during the FA Cup fifth-round tie with Wigan Athletic.
During the closing stages of the first half at the DW Stadium, Fabian Delph received a straight red card and it led to a heated reaction from a number of City players.
Manager Pep Guardiola was also angered by the decision to dismiss the England international, and the club were charged by the FA in the days after the fixture.
City opted to admit to the charge, and it has resulted in English football's governing body giving the Premier League leaders a hefty fine.
Wigan went on to earn a 1-0 win courtesy of a late goal from Will Grigg.
