Manchester City play their first match since being deposed as Premier League champions on Sunday when they take on Newcastle United in an FA Cup quarter-final at St James' Park.
Pep Guardiola's side suffered their eighth league defeat of the campaign away to Chelsea on Thursday night, a result which kept them 23 points adrift of Liverpool with only 21 points left to fight for this season.
However, Man City are still the defending FA Cup holders and, with the EFL Cup already in the bag once again and the Champions League to come, could still rack up another treble this season.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up City's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the contest.
Sergio Aguero
Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown
Sergio Aguero has undergone surgery on a knee injury he aggravated during the win over Burnley and is now set to miss a significant chunk of the remainder of the season.
Phil Foden
Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Dead leg
Possible return date: June 28 (vs. Newcastle)
Phil Foden has been in fine form since the restart but missed the Chelsea defeat due to a dead leg, which Man City hope will have cleared up in time for the trip to Newcastle.
Eric Garcia
Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Head
Possible return date: June 28 (vs. Newcastle)
Eric Garcia needed lengthy treatment after a collision with Ederson in Man City's first game back, but by the time of Sunday's game he will have been through the recommended time to recover from concussion and is therefore expected to be available.
John Stones
Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: June 28 (vs. Newcastle)
Guardiola may see Sunday's cup match as a good chance to ease John Stones back into the team, having missed every game since the restart so far with an ankle injury. However, he will not take any risks over his fitness and this match could still come too soon for him.
Claudio Bravo
Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: June 28 (vs. Newcastle)
Claudio Bravo would ordinarily be in contention for a starting spot in a cup game like this, but he is struggling with a hamstring injury and is touch-and-go to recover in time for this contest.
MAN CITY'S SUSPENSION LIST
Return date: July 5 (vs. Southampton)
Man City will be without Fernandinho for this match following his red card for handball against Chelsea, with the suspension carrying over from the Premier League to the FA Cup.
