Bayern Munich expect Manchester City winger Leroy Sane to make a decision on his future at some point next week.
Sane has enjoyed a successful three years at the Etihad Stadium, contributing a total of 39 goals from 133 appearances in all competitions.
However, Sane found himself in and out of Pep Guardiola's starting lineup last season at a time when City were attempting to extend his contract.
Bayern continue to monitor the situation as they continue to look for replacements for Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben, who both ended lengthy spells at the Bundesliga champions last month.
According to chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, who is quoted by the Daily Mail, the 23-year-old requested time to contemplate his next move while on holiday, with the German expected to return next week.
Sane still has two years remaining on his existing deal with the Premier League champions.
