Luiz Felipe has said that he remains focused on life at Lazio, despite acknowledging speculation linking him with a move away from Stadio Olimpico.
Having played a key role in Lazio's challenge at the top of the Serie A table this season, the centre-back is said to be on the radar of Manchester City.
While the Brazilian admits that he is "proud" to allegedly attracting attention from the Premier League giants, the 23-year-old wants to continue to help Lazio compete for the league crown.
Speaking to Globo Esporte, Felipe said: "In this time without games, we end up reading more news and I saw that there were some reports about these supposed interests.
"Of course, it makes you happy and proud because, in one way or another, it is a sign that the job is being done well and people have been following and appreciating it. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a calm and very focused guy.
"I try not to think about it too much so as not to lose focus on the present. My goal now is to keep training hard to be well prepared when the games return. We can make history and I want to mark my name in the history of Lazio."
Felipe has just over two years remaining on his contract at the Italian outfit.
