Manchester City youngster Liam Delap is wanted on loan by five Championship clubs, according to a report.

Delap netted on his first-team debut in September's 2-1 EFL Cup win against Bournemouth and has gone on to make two more senior appearances.

The 18-year-old has a bright future ahead of him, but City may consider loaning out the forward to gain further experience.

TEAMtalk suggests that Delap is certainly not short of suitors, with a handful of teams in the second tier hoping to snap him up for the 2021-22 campaign.

Derby County, where the England Under-21s international spent 10 years of his youth career, are believed to be one of the sides in the running to sign Delap.

Stoke City, Cardiff City and Middlesbrough are also supposedly keen. body check tags ::
