Vladimir Weiss will complete a transfer to Dynamo Kiev in the next 24 hours, according to Sky Sports News.
The Slovakian winger, 21, has previously been linked with a £3m switch to the Ukranian outfit.
Weiss, who spent last season on loan to Rangers, was reportedly told that his chances would be "limited" this season.
During his loan spell, Weiss notched up five goals for the SPL side.
