Real Sociedad striker Imanol Agirretxe is hopeful that the team can repay their supporters with victory against Manchester United in the Champions League this evening.
The 26-year-old, who has been with Sociedad since 2003, has also branded the European fixture in Spain "very special".
"This game is what everyone has been waiting for around the world. The fans have spent a lot of money, they have overcome the difficulties of travelling away, but we are playing a game now against Manchester United at Anoeta," he told reporters at a press conference.
"It can be very special and can be a good opportunity to give the fans a victory they deserve. The game may prove to be very beautiful, we must be good in defence, not give away too many chances and look to take advantage of ours, which probably won't be many.
"They have already shown that they can attack and defend well, we know we have to do things very well in order to beat them and win the game."
Sociedad currently sit bottom of Group A with zero point.
