Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag has named his 21-man squad for the second leg of the Europa League quarter-final against Sevilla at Estadio Ramon on Thursday night.

The headline news is that there is a return to the squad for Marcus Rashford, who has missed the team's last two matches with the problem that he suffered against Everton on April 8.

A statement from Man United in the aftermath of the match said that the England international would be out for 'a few games', and he was absent for the first leg against Sevilla, which finished 2-2, and Sunday's Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

However, the team's leading goalscorer this season was able to train on Wednesday morning, and he has now returned to the squad for the key contest in Spain.

The 25-year-old's fast recovery is a huge boost for Man United, as he has found the back of the net on 27 occasions in 47 appearances this season, in addition to providing 10 assists.

Luke Shaw was also able to train on Wednesday, with the England international recovering from the hamstring issue that he suffered against Brentford on April 5.

The left-back has also returned to the squad, while there are two further fitness boosts for the 20-time English champions, with Tyrell Malacia and Marcel Sabitzer both travelling to Seville.

Malacia was not involved in Sunday's 2-0 win over Forest due to a knee injury, while Sabitzer was due to start against the Reds but picked up an issue in the warm-up.

There are some key absences for the Red Devils, though, with Bruno Fernandes unavailable for selection due to the booking that he picked up in the first leg at Old Trafford.

Scott McTominay is also unavailable, with the Scotland international set to miss 'a few more games' with the problem that has kept him out of the team's last two matches.

Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez both picked up injuries in the reverse game with Sevilla last week, and the latter is out for the season, while the former is facing a few weeks on the sidelines.

Donny van de Beek, Alejandro Garnacho and Tom Heaton are also absent through injury, which has opened the door for Zidane Iqbal and Radek Vitek to make the squad.

Christian Eriksen and Anthony Martial have both recently overcome injury problems and are included, while Anthony Elanga and Facundo Pellistri are also among those to make the trip to Seville.

Man United squad vs. Sevilla:
