Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has handed a full debut to Joe Riley during tonight's Europa League clash with FC Midtjylland.
The 19-year-old, who made his first senior appearance as a substitute in the 3-0 win over Shrewsbury Town on Monday, will start the game as a left-back in the absence of the injured Cameron Borthwick-Jackson.
Elsewhere, Michael Carrick has dropped into the defence alongside Daley Blind to ease the club's injury crisis, with Chris Smalling ruled out.
Further forward Anthony Martial will lead the attack in Wayne Rooney's continued absence, while Van Gaal has also kept faith with Memphis Depay.
As for the visiting Danes, Marco Urena and Jakob Poulsen have both been reinstated after sitting out the first leg.
