Manchester United will look to take a step closer to Europa League glory when playing host to Granada on Thursday evening.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team hold a 2-0 advantage after the first leg courtesy of goals from Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes.

Although a number of players will miss this game, United are in good spirits after their second-half comeback to defeat Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Man United's latest injury and suspension news ahead of welcoming the La Liga side to Old Trafford for the second leg of this quarter-final tie.

Anthony Martial

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Martial suffered a severe knee sprain while representing France in World Cup qualifying against Kazakhstan, and Solskjaer has admitted that his chances of playing again this season are slim.

Eric Bailly

Status: Out
Type of injury: Coronavirus
Possible return date: Unknown

Bailly returned a positive coronavirus test while on duty with the Ivory Coast. While the defender may return to England in time for Thursday's game, he will have to go through quarantine protocols before being considered for selection.

Phil Jones

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Jones is yet to pull on the red jersey this season due to his ongoing knee problem, and the defender may not be ready for action until the start of the 2021-22 campaign.

Daniel James

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Undisclosed
Possible return date: April 15 (vs. Granada)

While James missed the trip to Spurs, Solskjaer did not disclose the nature of the injury. As it stands, it is unclear whether the Welshman will come back into contention on Thursday night.

MANCHESTER UNITED'S SUSPENSION LIST

Harry Maguire

Status: One-match ban
Possible return date: First leg of semi-final

Maguire, virtually an ever-present this season, will miss Thursday's fixture due to a one-match ban for three yellow cards.

Luke Shaw

Status: One-match ban
Possible return date: First leg of semi-final

Like Maguire, Shaw was cautioned during the first leg in Spain, resulting in his suspension. Alex Telles is expected to come into the side as a like-for-like replacement.

Scott McTominay

Status: One-match ban
Possible return date: First leg of semi-final

McTominay completes the list of players who miss out on Thursday evening. However, United are well stocked for options in the middle of the park with Nemanja Matic likely to get the nod in place of the Scot.
