Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen has described his side's 1-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester United as a "big disappointment".
Spurs went into the match off the back of consecutive wins over Swansea City and CSKA Moscow, but they struggled to threaten United at Old Trafford as Henrikh Mkhitaryan's first-half strike proved to be the difference.
Eriksen acknowledged that his side did not show enough in attacking positions and was left unhappy with their performance.
"We wanted more. It was a big disappointment in terms of result," he told Sky Sports News.
"We were less dangerous than the last few games, especially going forward we missed a bit. It depends on small details and in the Premier League because everything is so tight. We tried to get back into it after we went behind but couldn't get the momentum."
The defeat leaves Spurs still three points off the top four and without a win in their last five Premier League away games.
