'Agent in Italy' - Is Man United forward on verge of January departure?
Marcus Rashford is reportedly not training with Manchester United on Wednesday, with the forward's brother and agent believed to have travelled to Italy to hold discussions with AC Milan executives.
The England international was not involved in Man United's Premier League clash with Liverpool on Sunday due to an illness, but it is likely that he would have been left out even if the attacker was in full health.
Rashford has not played for the Red Devils since December 12, recently being overlooked by Man United head coach Ruben Amorim due to his lacklustre training performances and also his general demeanour around Carrington.
The 27-year-old expressed a desire to seek "a new challenge" in an interview with journalist Henry Winter after being left out of the squad for the Manchester derby with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

January transfer window: Latest news and rumours including Latte Lath to West Ham
Middlesbrough have reportedly named their asking price for Ivorian forward Emmanuel Latte Lath, who is on the radar of many clubs this month.
Another goal in the weekend draw with Cardiff City took Latte Lath's tally for the campaign to 10, with only two players having scored more goals than the 26-year-old in the Championship.
According to Football Insider, that has caught the attention of a few Premier League clubs, most notably West Ham United, as well as Ipswich Town and Leicester City.
The report goes on to state that Boro will hold out for a fee in the region of £15m for their key striker, if they are to let him leave midway through a season where they are chasing promotion, with Michael Carrick's men currently sat in fifth.

Major sale required: Man United 'need movement' in order to sign PSG star
Manchester United will reportedly have to make a major sale during the January transfer window in order to stand a chance of completing a mid-season deal for Paris Saint-Germain's Nuno Mendes.
The Portugal international is believed to be Man United's number one target when it comes to the left-sided wing-back role at Old Trafford, with that position proving to be incredibly problematic for head coach Ruben Amorim.
Luke Shaw's ongoing muscular problems have led to Diogo Dalot operating in that area, but the Portugal international has struggled to make his mark and is much more comfortable down the right.
Tyrell Malacia is available again after almost 18 months on the sidelines with a serious knee injury, but the Netherlands international has struggled in his limited action this term and is not thought to be in Amorim's long-term plans.

New frontrunners in race to sign Chelsea midfielder Casadei?
Chelsea midfielder Cesare Casadei allegedly has interest in his signature from one of Serie A's top clubs.
The 21-year-old has been provided with 424 minutes across six appearances in cup competitions this campaign, five of which have come in the Conference League.
However, even with Romeo Lavia sidelined through injury, the Italy Under-21 international has not been provided with any Premier League opportunities, a clear indication of his place in the pecking order under Enzo Maresca.
Earlier this month, it was claimed that Torino were the clear frontrunners for his signature, providing that a fee could be negotiated with their Chelsea counterparts.

Man United head coach Amorim 'could be left frustrated' in pursuit of 26-year-old
Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim is reportedly keen for the Red Devils to sign Paris Saint-Germain attacker Randal Kolo Muani before the end of the January transfer window.
The 26-year-old has found it difficult to make his mark for the French champions this season, only managing two goals and one assist in 14 appearances, and he is free to leave on an initial loan deal this month.
According to The Telegraph, Man United are very much in the hunt for the France international, with their head coach Amorim believing that he would be the ideal addition to a struggling attack.
The report claims that Amorim wants a forward capable of 'timing runs in behind defences' due to Rasmus Hojlund's struggles in that area, and that is viewed as one of the main strengths of the PSG attacker.

Contracts and Chelsea: Could Mainoo really leave Man United this year?
Kobbie Mainoo has reportedly been left 'unhappy' with the initial terms that he has been offered by Manchester United when it comes to a potential new contract at Old Trafford.
The 19-year-old has a deal with the Red Devils until the summer of 2027, with the option of a further 12 months, but he is only believed to be on £20,000 a week at the club, making him one of the lowest earners in the first team.
Mainoo has had his difficulties this season, but he put in an outstanding performance against Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday, as the Red Devils picked up a point in a 2-2 draw at Anfield.
In total, the England international has made 52 appearances for Man United, scoring five times and registering one assist, although he is yet to provide a goal or an assist in 17 outings during the 2024-25 campaign.
