Internacional striker Leandro Damiao has admitted that he wants to move to a European club at some point in the future.
The 23-year-old is regarded as one of the best young strikers in world football and had been strongly linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur in the summer.
Manchester United were also linked with the striker who scored six goals for Brazil at the Olympics, but he ultimately remained in his home nation.
"Oscar is a big friend and our wives are friends too. He is happy there, but of course misses Brazil as a lot of people helped him there," Damiao told UOL.
"Of course all players have the dream of going [to Europe]. That will happen one day. He asks me when I'll go there, I say I can't answer that yet.
"I'm happy at Internacional, I have a long contract. All players dream of going to Europe and that will happy one day, but I'm happy here."
Spurs are expected to return with a bid in January.
