The agent of Dinamo Zagreb winger Dani Olmo has suggested that Manchester United are interested in his client following his performances at the Under-21 European Championship this summer.
Olmo netted three times as Spain stormed to glory in the tournament, including the winner to cap off a man-of-the-match performance in the final.
A number of Europe's top teams have been credited with an interest in the 21-year-old winger as a result of his performances in Italy and San Marino, while recent reports claim that United have moved quickly to table a £35m bid.
Olmo's agent Andyja Baru has now seemingly confirmed that there is interest in his client, specifically naming United as a team that could benefit from signing the attacker.
"At this point I can't comment on it. Serious talks start from today, ultimately decided by Dinamo and Olmo, of course," Baru told Sportske Novosti.
"I send all interested clubs to Dinamo and when the clubs agree a fee, I will come to agree on the conditions for Dani.
"Dani can play for any club as he has already showed this at the Euro U21s. When we are talking about Manchester United, they have no such player as Olmo."
Olmo came through the ranks at Barcelona's famed La Masia academy before joining Dinamo Zagreb as a 16-year-old in 2014.
