Manchester United will reportedly not be using Alexis Sanchez in their attempts to sign Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho during this summer's transfer window.
Sancho has been in terrific form for BVB during the 2019-20 campaign, scoring 20 times and providing 20 assists in 39 appearances in all competitions.
United continue to be linked with the 20-year-old, and a recent report claimed that the English giants could include Sanchez as part of a proposed deal.
The Chile international is due to return to Old Trafford this summer following a loan spell at Inter Milan, but he is expected to be made surplus to requirements by his parent club.
According to The Express, though, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side will not attempt to use the former Arsenal attacker in any plans to acquire Sancho ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
The Red Devils allegedly made a £125m bid for the former Manchester City youngster earlier this year only to see the offer rejected by Lucien Favre's team, who believed that they could secure a higher fee this summer.
