Jose Mourinho will reportedly make Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan one of his primary transfer targets if the Portuguese takes charge of Manchester United at the end of the season.
The former Chelsea boss, who is currently out of work, has been strongly linked with the position at Old Trafford due to Louis van Gaal's ongoing struggles.
Van Gaal has a contract at Man United until 2017, but it is widely thought that a change of management will occur at the end of the season.
According to Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla, should Mourinho arrive in Manchester, he will tell the club's board to press ahead with a move for Nainggolan, who would represent the combative midfielder that the team currently lack.
The 27-year-old joined Roma from Cagliari in 2014 and has been an ever-present since making the move to the Stadio Olimpico.
