Manchester United are reportedly 'very interested' in signing Bayer Leverkusen attacker Kai Havertz.
The 20-year-old scored 20 times in 42 appearances for Leverkusen during the 2018-19 campaign, while he has contributed three goals and one assist in 17 outings thus far this term.
A host of European clubs - including Real Madrid, Barcelona and Liverpool - have been credited with an interest in the attacker, who has scored once in seven appearances for Germany.
United have also been consistently linked with his services over the last few months, though, and according to Bild, the Red Devils are keen to bring the German to Old Trafford.
Havertz has largely operated as an attacking midfielder this season, although the youngster has also featured on the right wing for Leverkusen over the last few months.
The 20-time English champions are also believed to be eyeing a move for Ajax's Donny van de Beek with Paul Pogba seemingly heading towards the exit.
At the end of last month, it was reported that Havertz was 'excited' about the possibility of turning out for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.
