Real Madrid could make a move for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey once he becomes a free agent, according to a report.
The 27-year-old has already emerged as a target for the likes of Bayern Munich, Juventus and Manchester United in recent weeks.
Arsenal withdrew the offer of a new contract for Ramsey earlier in the season, with Unai Emery apparently preferring to spend the long-serving Welshman's wages on a new player.
With Ramsey officially able to speak to foreign clubs over an end-of-season switch from January 1, The Mirror claims that Madrid have already made an initial approach.
The report indicates that the Cardiff City academy product is regarded highly by Bernabeu chiefs, especially with no transfer fee to pay out, and the player would be tempted by a potential link-up with international teammate Gareth Bale.
