Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has suggested that Wilfried Zaha still has a future with the club.
Zaha joined United from Crystal Palace in January 2013, but subsequent loan spells with Palace and Cardiff City have seen his place in the squad come under scrutiny.
Despite Zaha not featuring during the team's opening two matches on their pre-season tour of the USA, Van Gaal has claimed that the 21-year-old remains part of his plans.
"I have already said that our selection is not in balance. I can put six strikers in," the Dutchman is quoted as saying by Goal.com.
"So maybe next time I will put Zaha in because he is working hard. He is doing all the things I require or demand, so there is no problem."
United's latest match on their tour of the USA saw them beat Roma 3-2 in Denver on Saturday night.
