Galatasaray have made Manchester United right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka their top target for the summer transfer window, according to a report.
Last season, the England international made 22 Premier League appearances and played 30 games across all competitions for the Red Devils.
Aside from operating in his usual right-back role, the 26-year-old also filled in at left-back on several occasions in the absence of Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia.
With one year remaining on his United contract, Wan-Bissaka is now drawing significant interest from clubs in both England and abroad.
Galatasaray make Wan-Bissaka primary summer transfer target
According to beIN Sports, Turkish giants Galatasaray are among the frontrunners to sign the Red Devils' full-back and have made him their primary target this summer.
The report adds that United are willing to part ways with the former Crystal Palace man for a fee of around £17m and Gala are pushing to strike a deal as soon as possible.
Wan-Bissaka is believed to be one of the players Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS will allow to leave in the offseason if a suitable offer is made.
Additionally, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano provided an update on the Englishman last week, suggesting an Old Trafford exit in the coming weeks should not be ruled out.
It is understood that Okan Buruk's side are willing to offer the right-back a four-year deal, as well as the opportunity to play in the Champions League next season, which the Red Devils failed to qualify for.
In the event Gala fail to sign the United defender, they are expected to shift their attention elsewhere, with Lorenz Assignon and Nordi Mukiele among the players who also feature on their shortlist.
A move to Istanbul will see Wan-Bissaka reunite with his former Crystal Palace teammate Wilfried Zaha, who arrived on a free transfer from South London at the start of last season.
Man United set for a busy transfer window
There have also been rumours that United are already lining up a replacement for Wan-Bissaka, with Fiorentina's Michael Kayode and Bayer Leverkusen defender Jeremie Frimpong, among the potential candidates.
Aside from Galatasaray, several Premier League clubs, including West Ham United, Crystal Palace and Wolverhampton Wanderers have also been keeping their eye on the player's transfer situation.
United are expected to undergo a major overhaul this summer and several reports in recent weeks have suggested that the club are willing to entertain offers for the majority of their existing squad.
The only players that are believed to be off-limits are Kobbie Mainoo, Rasmus Hojlund, Alejandro Garnacho, Andre Onana, Diogo Dalot and Lisandro Martinez. body check tags ::
