Zlatan Ibrahimovic is ready to snub a £120m offer from China to extend his stay at Manchester United, according to reports.
The Swedish striker joined the Red Devils on a free transfer in the summer and has gone on to score 16 goals in all competitions thus far.
According to the Daily Mail, the Chinese government is willing to bankroll a move for Ibrahimovic, knowing that he can guarantee millions in commercial revenue and raise the profile of the Chinese Super League.
However, the 35-year-old is reportedly eager to remain at Old Trafford past the end of the current season, with boss Jose Mourinho keen to keep him on.
Ibrahimovic has now scored in 100 of his 170 league games since the start of the 2011-12 campaign, a run that includes spells at AC Milan, Paris Saint-Germain and Man United.
