Marseille have completed the signing of Lucas Ocampos on loan from Monaco, with the option to make the deal permanent at the end of the season.
The 20-year-old has been linked with a move to Marseille throughout the January transfer window but the move was only finalised minutes before the deadline.
"I hope to bring something to the team in the final third of the park," Ocampos said, according to Goal.com.
"I've seen several Marseille matches this season. They like to play a passing style and they have some very good players tactically and physically."
The winger made an £11m move to Monaco from River Plate in 2012 and has since gone on to make over 100 appearances for his parent club.
Ocampos has also indicated that he is ready to make his league debut for Marseille this weekend when they play Stade Rennais on Saturday.
