Middlesbrough's Adam Forshaw has predicted that there will be plenty more twists and turns in the Championship promotion race.
Boro gave their hopes of going up automatically a huge boost by winning away at fellow promotion hopefuls Norwich City on Friday night, but they are still outside the top two on goal difference.
Ahead of the final two weekends of the season, Forshaw told the club website: "I'm pretty sure there's going to be a twist in the last two games. We're just going to have to get ourselves ready for our game and see what happens after that.
"Every year that I've been involved in football at senior level there's always been a twist.
"I've been involved in them on the last day and football comes up with so many surprises, so hopefully if we see to our business we'll be okay."
Boro's last two games are away at Fulham this Saturday and at home to Brighton & Hove Albion on the final day of the season next Saturday.
