Millwall boss Kenny Jackett has revealed his delight with his side following their away victory at Middlesbrough.
A George Friend own goal and a strike for Martyn Woolford was enough for the Lions to secure the win despite Curtis Main pulling one back for the home side.
Jackett told reporters: "Middlesbrough is a very difficult place to come and get a result, so we have got to be delighted with it.
"We made a few changes and we went with two up top, and it paid off for us. The boys worked very hard for it and it was an honest performance."
The win has edged Millwall away from the relegation zone and into 13th place in the Championship.
