Middlesbrough manager Aitor Karanka has been issued with a one-match touchline ban by the Football Association after being found guilty of improper conduct.
The Spaniard was charged last week for angrily reacting to Blackburn Rovers' late equaliser in the 1-1 draw at the Riverside last month.
After opting not to appeal the decision, Karanka has now been served with a one-match ban and a £2,000 fine.
"Karanka admitted an FA charge of improper conduct in relation to his behaviour during stoppage time at the end of the game against Blackburn Rovers on November 29, 2014," said an FA statement.
Karanka will be absent from the touchline in Saturday's home clash against Derby County.
