Middlesbrough boss Tony Mowbray has warned his underperforming players that he could ring the chances in order to keep their promotion bid on track.
The 2-1 defeat to Huddersfield Town on Tuesday dropped the club into eighth position, while they have won just two league matches since the turn of the year.
"We have to work hard and try to put it right. If we can't put it right we'll have to get some players who can do a job - that's what football is," he told BBC Sport.
"If you can't defend set plays you can't win football matches. Defending a corner has become a problem for us over the last few weeks. It's been decent all season but the last six weeks it's costing us."
Next up for Mowbray's side is an away clash against basement outfit Bristol City on Saturday.
