New Major League Soccer club Orlando City have signed defender Seb Hines on loan from Middlesbrough.
Orlando said this afternoon that they had the option to extend the deal if Hines does enough to impress them.
"We're very pleased to have Seb join us," head coach Adrian Heath told the club website. "His experience will be very valuable for our team's competitive position in our first MLS season. We look forward to start working with him."
Hines appeared in five games for Boro in August, but hasn't played for them since and had a loan spell at League One outfit Coventry City between September and January.
His contract with the Teesside club runs out at the end of the season.
