Millwall have appointed Nigel Gibbs as first-team coach.
The 49-year-old will assist manager Ian Holloway and his assistant Marc Bircham with the senior squad at The Den.
Gibbs spent the entirety of his 19-year playing career with Watford and remained with the Hornets after hanging up his boots, working with the club's youth academy.
Gibbs worked under Brian McDermott at Reading before following him to Leeds United, where he remained until February.
Millwall are currently in 20th position in the Championship table.
