Millwall manager Ian Holloway has said that he is to blame for today's 5-1 home defeat to Middlesbrough.
The Lions were 4-0 down at half-time after a Jelle Vossen hat-trick and a Patrick Bamford strike at The New Den, and Holloway has apologised to the club's fans.
He told reporters: "We made some terrible mistakes as a group and individually but I accept responsibility for for all those mistake because that's my job".
"These boys have tried their socks off for me recently but that was unrecognisable. That wasn't good enough.
"I do apologise to the fans, so blame me. It's not an issue. We've got to roll our sleeves up, accept responsibility and do better."
The defeat has left Millwall in 20th place in the Championship table.
