One goal was enough for Millwall to seal victory against Conference side Dartford in a pre-season friendly this evening.
The Darts were beaten by a Jermaine Easter strike, but gave a good account of themselves against Championship opposition.
Ian Holloway's side were ahead just after the hour mark, with Carlos Edwards doing well to cut the ball back from the byline for Easter's controlled volley that snuck inside the near post.
There was no real pace to the game in the remaining half hour, with Millwall content to keep the ball and Dartford giving their squad players a run-out.
