Millwall have rescued a point at Reading with a 91st-minute Liam Trotter penalty after being reduced to ten men.
After an even first half, Reading were comfortable in the second period, but were punished for not taking their chances in the dying minutes.
The visitors started well as Martyn Waghorn ran clear in the opening minutes, but he was denied a clear sight at goal by a good saving tackle.
They were behind after seven minutes though, when Reading skipper Sean Morrison headed in Jordan Obita's free kick.
Waghorn came close again, as did Trotter, for the visitors before Morrison was denied his second goal by a strong hand from David Forde.
In the second half Pavel Pogrebnyak missed several good chances, while Adam Le Fondre was unable to hit the target after being played clean through.
Millwall were then reduced to ten men late on when Nadjim Abdou was shown a second yellow card.
That didn't stop them getting anything from the game though as Trotter smashed in the spot-kick after Adam Federici had fouled Scott McDonald in the box.
