NAC Breda have ended a four-match losing streak in the Eredivisie with a 1-0 victory at Cambuur.
Erik Falkenburg's first-half goal was enough for the visitors in a tight affair in Leeuwarden this evening.
The midfielder, who joined from Go Ahead Eagles in the summer, latched onto a pass from Sepp De Roover to fire in his second goal of the season on 27 minutes.
Cambuur had 66% of possession, but only managed to get one of their 19 goal attempts on target.
The defeat was Cambuur's fifth at home this term and left them ninth in the table after 15 games, while Breda climb one place to 16th after a run of form which had seen them drop into the relegation zone.
