Napoli boss Rafael Benitez has declared that he has the utmost respect for Borussia Dortmund ahead of tomorrow night's crunch Champions League clash, while eyeing a positive result to keep qualification in their own hands.
The Azzurri will qualify for the knockout stages if they win in Dortmund and Arsenal avoid defeat at home to Marseille, travelling to Germany with confidence after beating Jurgen Klopp's side 2-1 in their opening group game.
He told reporters at his pre-match press conference: "We have great respect for Dortmund. We are talking about an opponent of the highest level.
"We're looking forward to measuring ourselves against a great squad. We need the whole team to do a great job defensively if we want to do well. It's a very important game for us tomorrow. We're coming up against a great side, but we have to stay calm and focused if we want to do well.
"We've played a lot of games this season at a very high level, so it's only normal that we would drop off a bit. But we've been training at our very best ahead of this match."
Napoli have lost their last two matches in Serie A, flying to Germany on the back of a 1-0 home defeat to Parma last weekend.
