Napoli boss Rafael Benitez believes that the outcome of the Coppa Italia won't decide his future at the club.
The Spaniard's side meet Fiorentina in the domestic final on Saturday, but he has claimed that failure to win the trophy won't mean the end of his tenure with the Italian club despite a disappointing campaign.
He told reporters: "The season has been very positive with a new formation and new players.
"Saturday's match will not decide the value of the season. The lion's share of the work has already been done. We really want to win, but in the event of a defeat it wouldn't change my outlook on the season.
"If we do win it will be even better, but if we don't nothing will change as far as my future is concerned."
Napoli are currently third in Serie A.
