Newcastle United striker Aleksandar Mitrovic has admitted that the pressure of his £13m price tag is getting to him as he prepares to return from a three-match ban.
The Serbian, who joined the Magpies from Anderlecht in the summer, is expected to lead the line in this evening's visit of Chelsea after being sent off in last month's 1-0 defeat to Arsenal.
"I want to show that I can control my emotion and my aggression and can stay calm in certain situations. I hope I can now show everybody in the next few weeks that I am a calm guy," he is quoted as saying by NBC Sports.
"The people who are close to me know who I am. I am a really nice, family guy. Maybe on the pitch I look a little bit more aggressive, but that is only because I want to win every ball and every game.
"The problem has been that I have wanted everything now. It is an emotional problem. My price of 18 million Euros is a little bit of pressure."
The 21-year-old is yet to open his account in English football.
