Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has been named the Premier League's Manager of the Month for November.
The 53-year-old's position at St James' Park was called into question earlier in the season, with some fans urging the board to sack him.
However, Pardew has turned the club's fortunes around, guiding the team to a five-game winning run in the top flight.
The Magpies secured three victories and suffered one defeat last month and their recent form has resulted in Pardew beating Manuel Pellegrini, Jose Mourinho and Sean Dyche to the monthly award.
