Ajax have claimed their 31st Eredivisie title with a 2-0 victory over VVV at the Amsterdam Arena.
Frank de Boer's side were trailing AZ Alkmaar by five points midway through the season, but an impressive run of form has seen them unbeaten since early February.
Tonight's victory, Ajax's 13th on the bounce, came courtesy of a Siem de Jong brace. The result puts them six points clear of second-placed Feyenoord Rotterdam with one game remaining.
De Boer has now guided the Dutch giants to two consecutive league titles since taking over from Martin Jol in December 2010.
Ajax's final game of the season takes place on Sunday when the champions take on Vitesse Arnhem away from home.
