Jonathan Howson's fierce shot and Gary Hooper's penalty have given Norwich City a 2-0 lead at half time against Millwall.
Hooper had the best chance of a dull opening 30 minutes, as he darted down the right-hand side of the penalty box and had a sharp shot pushed away by David Forde.
Millwall mainly restricted Norwich to shots from outside of the box, but their tactic didn't work as Howson surged forward from midfield and fired a fine strike into the top corner.
The home side then conceded a penalty shortly after as Cameron Jerome was tripped in the box, and Hooper fired the ball home just before the interval.
