West Ham United are leading Norwich City 1-0 at half time in the Premier League, thanks to a first-half goal from Ravel Morrison.
The home side threatened after only one minute when Robert Snodgrass played in Anthony Pilkington, whose left-footed shot from a difficult angle was saved by Jussi Jaaskelainen.
West Ham began to exert some pressure on the hosts and Kevin Nolan did well to get a shot from the left side of the box on goal, but it was kept out by John Ruddy.
The visitors struck the crossbar in the 13th minute as Guy Demel rose to meet Razvan Rat's cross, while Nolan was denied again having got a foot to the left-back's sweeping ball from deep.
West Ham took the lead in the 32nd minute when Nolan found Morrison with a ball across the box, leaving the youngster with a simple chance to put the Hammers ahead.
Norwich tried to force their way back into the game as Nathan Redmond beat a few players on the left wing before crashing a shot over the bar, leaving the teams to go into half time with the score at 1-0.
